King Jouet

Six months of validity for a credit is making fun of the world!!! King Toy clearly has no respect for its customers. They have no problem keeping their customers' money and not "offering" them anything in return. Our son's grandmother gave him a gift that we wanted to exchange. Not offering a refund, she took a credit. Not living nearby, we returned there several months later, thinking that like everywhere, the validity period was one year...After coming to the Herblay store, we were told that having passed the date , they “can’t do anything” and that it’s “trade policy”. We wrote to the sales department and there we received a mind-blowing response: "We apologize for this inconvenience and the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we cannot extend the duration of a credit. We wish you a pleasant day. Kind regards YOU". This is not a simple "inconvenience" or an "annoyance", it is simply stealing/defrauding your customers!!!! Kingtoy is a brand which has no commercial spirit and which does business in the manner of another time...A brand without any ethics that we must very clearly FLEE!

I gave it 3 stars because of the working conditions in this unbearable heat. I stayed in the store for about fifteen minutes, I was old enough, there was no air conditioning. It's inhuman not to think about the customers but especially the staff who work all day in unbearable heat. I had to shorten my search in the shelves, I couldn't take it anymore. A word to the wise!!!!

Disappointing after-sales service. After purchase, you are only offered HAVE or EXCHANGE...so before buying, check that the toy is not damaged before making payment. For my experience with this brand, I purchased a plastic Pokémon water bottle. Right after making the purchase, I realize that the bottle is cracked. I return to the checkout, they explain to me that the policy is credit or exchange. I chose exchange except that it was the last bottle. I refuse to have it and request a refund. They explain to me that this is impossible because it is commercial policy, and they inform me that a refund would have been possible if my child had been injured with the bottle. I was hoping for at least a commercial gesture, especially since I had left them a basket worth more than €100, they didn't want to hear anything about the reimbursement of the unfortunate €4 of the price of the bottle... So here I am posting my feedback to prevent this from happening to other customers. ...and now I find myself with a credit to have to use at my expense because I felt ripped off.
